Privacy Policy
This privacy policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data ("GDPR") and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data. It applies to the website amreh.cz and describes how the personal data of visitors and clients is processed.

2. What personal data I process and why
I only process personal data that you voluntarily provide via the contact form, email or phone. This mainly includes:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number
- Project details — project description, requirements and other information you include in your enquiry
- Billing details — company ID, company name, billing address (if we start working together)
Contact and project data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and potentially deliver the project. The legal basis for this processing is negotiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Billing data is processed for the purpose of issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations (in particular tax and accounting). The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Data retention
- Enquiry data — retained for a maximum of 1 year from the last contact if no cooperation is established. The data is then deleted.
- Billing data and contracts — retained for 10 years as required by accounting and tax legislation.
4. Third-party access
I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only essential processors that keep the services running have access to the data:
- Web hosting — Czechia.cz (website operation)
- Contact form — Formspree, Inc. (delivery of enquiries from the contact form)
- Email provider — for processing email communication
- Accounting software — for invoicing and accounting
Formspree may process data on servers outside the European Union (USA). Data transfers are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
All processors are bound by the obligation to protect personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
5. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- Right to information — you have the right to know what data I process about you and for what purpose
- Right of access — you can request a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification — if your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected
- Right to erasure — you can request the deletion of your personal data if it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was processed
- Right to restriction of processing — under certain conditions you can request that the processing of your data be restricted
- Right to object — you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data
- Right to lodge a complaint — if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
